do something to make this alive pls it looks cool :(

Hi Spexx and Hotquakes!  Yeah I'm hoping the site can really come to life as well, I'm just having difficulty bringing Smash players in.  Many major forums like Smashboards and most Discord servers where Smash players mingle actually have Terms of Service policies that prevent self-promoting websites (I actually learned the hard way when when my posts about the new site were removed, unfortunately), so it's difficult to advertise Smash Juku without spending too much money on ads.  I also only work on this site when I have spare time, there isn't a huge staff behind the scenes running the show just one solitary programmer burning the midnight oil.  In addition to my smaller efforts around the web to promote the site I'm hoping for the site to grow organically like a grassroots thing, so if you know of anyone who might be interested in Smash Juku please help spread the word wherever you can, because in most places I'm not allowed to  :P.

I'm honestly floored at how consistently you update the home page with new videos. I didn't see any rules on the Smash Brothers subreddit about not being able to self-promote. Also the sm4sh subreddit allows self-promotion as long as it pertains to smash 4. I don't personally visit either of these but I feel like posting about the site there would go a long way in bringing in new members.

Thanks for the kind words, it's much appreciated!  I try to keep the main news feed regularly updated (it also updates automatically to the Facebook and Twitter pages if that's more convenient for folks), my normal life is pretty busy atm but I figured that it's the least I could do to keep the site fresh.  I'm amazed at how much high quality Smash 4 content gets regularly created by our community that I didn't realize existed until I looked for it, and I thought I could use the newsfeed to highlight just how active and engaged the community really is, hopefully introducing players to great content creators that they can subscribe to.  I hope folks find it helpful.

I have actually promoted Smash Juku on the sm4sh subreddit, I don't know how many people have actually come to the site as a result but my post did get some upvotes (a hearty welcome to anyone who hails from the sm4sh subreddit!).  I'll look into promoting on the Smash Bros. subreddit soon, too, I actually hadn't thought of that so thanks a bunch for the recommendation.  Hopefully more people will come onto the site, I'd be pleased as punch if anyone finds the information useful.

is there any kind of public chats, that could be interesting for players to set up games and more

Otherwise, I might be new to this website, but the concept is clean
