Moondash (Pivot Dash)

Summary

The Moondash is a movement technique where you quickly dash backwards then forwards in place, making you appear to dash in place while moving slightly backwards (like a Moonwalk).  This technique can be combined with other movement options like Fox-trot, Extended Dash Dancing and Perfect Pivot for mixup potential, or used near opponents as an on-spot delay to bait reactions punishable by a dash attack, RAR or grab.

Moondash is the building block for the advanced techniques Crescent Grab, Moon Glide, Moon Dance and Boosted Crescent Grab.
