Little Mac is the green-gloved pipsqueak powerhouse of the 1987 Nintendo Entertainment System boxing title "Punch-Out!!", the console successor to the popular 1983 arcade classic featuring a wireframe boxer. Under the steady tutelage of retired professional Doc Louis, Little Mac battles 14 quirky fighters across 3 circuits of the World Boxing Video Association, culminating in the ultimate "Dream Fight" against the former World Heavyweight Champion himself, Mike Tyson.
Smash 4 is Little Mac's debut as a fighter in the Smash franchise. He is voiced by Kosuke Toriumi. In Smash 4, Little Mac is a fast-falling lightweight with an incredible ground game. Despite a weak recovery and great aerial vulnerability, his fleet of foot speed, quick combo potential and punishing KO power make Little Mac a serious contender in the ring.
