Welcome to Smash Juku

Hi, I'm Fledge, the creator of Smash Juku.  I'm a coder and Roy main who's played Smash since N64.  Welcome!

Smash Juku was created to catalogue useful Smash 4 information for training and self-improvement purposes.  I started this project for a few reasons; for one, I thought a lot of useful Smash 4 information was spread out online and a chore to reference for personal use, and existing wiki's often didn't comprehensively detail strategy, techniques & character tactics.  For two, as a programmer I was curious about Drupal development and wanted to try my hand at making a Drupal site for fun.  For three, I was discouraged to find many gamers underestimated the complexity and technical demands of Smash 4, and was spurred to build an authoritative listing anyone could easily refer to demonstrating Smash 4's depth.

I've been working on this project off and on for about a year at leisure and finally hunkered down to finish it.  Many incredible new competitive IP's have entered the gaming scene since (Overwatch, For Honor, etc.), so I'm unsure if Smash 4 still has the momentum and interest it had when I started.  Nevertheless, I hope this site can be a useful resource for anyone looking to improve their Smash 4 skill.
